I graduated with a BA Hons in English Literature from Exeter University in 1981. For many years I had a career as a senior manager in multinational business, and have also been involved in small business enterprise as an employer, and in farming. I am qualified with a PGCE (1997) as a teacher at secondary level.
My approach is transpersonal and integrative, drawing upon the theories of many modalities including psychodynamic, relational, Jungian, person-centred, humanistic, gestalt, transactional analysis, CBT, however the quality of our therapeutic relationship is the fundamental factor in success.
